Colorful Sausage and Vegetable Salad

The perfect colorful sausage and vegetable salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Salad dressing:

  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 2 Red onions
  • 2 Carrots
  • 250 g Meat sausage
  • 250 g Emmental
  • 0,5 bunch Fresh radishes
  • Fresh smooth parsley
  • Parsley gray and fresh
  • Chives fresh
  • 100 ml Water
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Telly cherry pepper
  1. Clean the peppers, cut in half, wash and cut into strips. Peel, halve and cut the onions into strips. Peel the carrots and continue peeling with the peeler and peeler. Clean, wash and slice the radishes.
  2. Peel the beef sausage, cut into slices and then into strips. Also cut the cheese into strips. Wash and chop herbs!
  3. Prepare a salad dressing using the above ingredients, put everything in a bowl and mix well! Let the salad soak in the fridge for about 1 hour! Possibly season again!
  4. Serve with fresh baguette! 🙂
