Smoked Pork and Bean Pan

  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 500 g Kasseler
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 300 g Beans green
  • Thyme spice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 75 g Apricot jam
  • Cayenne powder
  1. Peel, wash and quarter the potatoes. Dice smoked pork, fry in olive oil. Remove. Dice the onion. Fry the potatoes in the frying fat, add onion, beans, thyme and savory. Salt and pepper. Pour in the broth, bring to the boil and cook covered for 15 minutes. Halve the tomatoes. Mix in the meat and tomatoes and heat. Mix the sour cream and jam.
