Bell Pepper with Swivel Potatoes

- 2 Pc. Red pepper
- 200 g Mixed minced meat without a horse
- 1 tbsp Ham cubes
- 1 Pc. Chopped onion
- 1 Pc. Free range eggs
- 1 pinch Ground cumin
- 0,5 Pc. Bun old
- 6 Pc. Jacket potatoes
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Mix the minced meat, diced ham, onion, egg, cumin, salt and pepper. Add the roll soaked in water (only the soft and squeezed out).
- Cut the lid off the peppers (if you don’t like the skin, peel the peppers), remove the core and fill with the mince. Fry brown on all sides. Fill up halfway with water and cook for about 20 minutes.
- I always cook an onion in the sauce, which can then be used to thicken the sauce.
- Quarter the jacket potatoes, season with salt and pepper and toss in butter.
