Ham and Cream Pasta

The perfect ham and cream pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Pasta
  • 2 piece Diced onion
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 a cup Cream or cremefine
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 200 g Cooked ham
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper white
  1. First the pasta is cooked. In the meantime, steam the onions in oil or Smanta until translucent, then add the flour and sweat lightly. Deglaze everything with cream (Cremefine) and vegetable stock, bring to the boil and remove from the plate. Add 50g of the cheese to the sauce. The ham Dice and add as well. Drain and drain the cooked pasta. Mix the pasta and sauce in a greased casserole dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake at 180C, over-bottom heat for 35 minutes. Enjoy your appetite
