Colorful Meatloaf

The perfect colorful meatloaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 250 g Frozen spinach leaves
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 glass Roasted peppers
  • 1 Bun old
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 bullet Mozzarella
  • 125 ml Vegetable broth
  1. Peel the onion – sauté cubes in a little oil, add the spinach and defrost over low heat – season and set aside.
  2. Add the soaked roll with the egg, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika powder to the minced meat and mix everything well.
  3. Drain the bell peppers and mozzarella and cut into slices.
  4. Line or grease a loaf pan with baking paper and then layer the minced meat alternately with spinach, paprika and mozzarella.
  5. The whole thing comes now for 1 hour in the 200 c. preheated oven.
  6. Now take it out and let it rest for a while – Take out the meatloaf and put the meat juices in a saucepan with the broth, bring to the boil and whoever wants to thicken a little.
  7. Cut the roast into slices and serve with some sauce and fried onions with mashed potatoes — Enjoy your meal; 🙂
