Colorful Ring Cake Meatloaf

The perfect colorful ring cake meatloaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Roll from the day before
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 kg Mixed minced meat
  • 3 Eggs
  • Red and green peppers
  • 2 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 200 g Gouda cheese
  • Salted pepper from the mill
  • 2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • Butter
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Fat
  1. Soak the buns. Dice the onion and garlic and sauté in butter until translucent. Wash peppers, clean and dice.
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the onion and garlic mixture, diced paprika, mustard, eggs and the spices and mix everything well. Season as needed. Divide the meat dough into 3 portions.
  3. Grease the gugelhupf pan well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour part of the minced mixture into the mold and cover with half of the gouda. Add the second portion of the minced mixture and cover with the rest of the cheese. Now fill in the remaining mince and knock the ring cake tin on a soft surface several times.
  4. Place the mold in the oven preheated to 175 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. Take out the pan and turn the Gugellhupf out onto a plate or baking sheet and bake for another 25 minutes. Take out and cut into slices and serve with a sauce and a side dish.
