Colorful Meatloaf
The perfect colorful meatloaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Minced meat
- 250 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 1 Onion
- 1 glass Roasted peppers
- 1 Bun old
- 1 Egg
- 2 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 bullet Mozzarella
- 125 ml Vegetable broth
- Peel the onion – sauté cubes in a little oil, add the spinach and defrost over low heat – season and set aside.
- Add the soaked roll with the egg, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika powder to the minced meat and mix everything well.
- Drain the bell peppers and mozzarella and cut into slices.
- Line or grease a loaf pan with baking paper and then layer the minced meat alternately with spinach, paprika and mozzarella.
- The whole thing comes now for 1 hour in the 200 c. preheated oven.
- Now take it out and let it rest for a while – Take out the meatloaf and put the meat juices in a saucepan with the broth, bring to the boil and whoever wants to thicken a little.
- Cut the roast into slices and serve with some sauce and fried onions with mashed potatoes — Enjoy your meal; 🙂
