Buttermilk and Onion Rolls 12 Pieces

- 500 g Flour
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 70 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Roasted onions
- 250 ml Buttermilk
- 1 dice Yeast
- 0,5 Tl Sugar
- Heat the breast milk and dissolve the yeast and sugar in it
- Put all other ingredients in a bowl and add the buttermilk yeast. Process everything into a smooth dough and leave for 45 minutes.
- After rising, divide into 12 pieces and grind into rolls. Place on a baking tray and leave for another 45 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 170 °.
- Before the rolls come in the oven, brush with buttermilk and bake for about 20-25 minutes
