Buttermilk and Onion Rolls 12 Pieces

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 70 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Roasted onions
  • 250 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 dice Yeast
  • 0,5 Tl Sugar
  1. Heat the breast milk and dissolve the yeast and sugar in it
  2. Put all other ingredients in a bowl and add the buttermilk yeast. Process everything into a smooth dough and leave for 45 minutes.
  3. After rising, divide into 12 pieces and grind into rolls. Place on a baking tray and leave for another 45 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 170 °.
  4. Before the rolls come in the oven, brush with buttermilk and bake for about 20-25 minutes
