Chicken Pieces with Potato Wedges and Onion

Ingredients
 

  • Chicken parts as desired, legs, legs or breast
  • 4 size Potato
  • 4 size Onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Curry

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and curry
  • Peel the potatoes and cut into narrow wedges
  • Peel and quarter the onion
  • Now mix the potato and onion with olive oil in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and paprika
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken pieces with onion and potatoes on top
  • Bake in a fan oven for approx. 40 minutes
