Parmesan Pretzel Rolls

- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 0,5 cup Grated Parmesan
- 200 g Melted butter
- 150 ml Warm water
- 0,5 tbsp Salt

- 1 Egg whisked
- Sesame
- Coarse sea salt
- Mix the flour, Parmesan, yeast and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add butter, water and salt. Knead briefly until a homegene dough ball is formed.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
- Divide the dough ball into 15 pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a long thin (about 1.5 cm thick) snake. Shape the dough snake into a pretzel and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with sufficient space between them.
- Brush the rolls with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds or coarse salt (or both) and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
