Hack Vegetable Wrap
The perfect hack vegetable wrap recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Wrap batter
- 140 g Flour
- 70 ml Water
- Salt
filling
- 200 g Minced meat
- 100 g Cucumber fresh
- 100 g Iceberg lettuce
- 100 g Paprika
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 2 Pc. Tomato
- 6 tbsp Natural yoghurt
- Garlic spice
- Salt
- Pepper
Wrap batter
- Knead the flour with water and a little salt to form a smooth dough. A large pan with no fat! Heat, divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out thinly to the size of the pan. Place the dough in the hot pan and bake for a few minutes on both sides until small spots appear.

- Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Cut the cucumber, iceberg lettuce, bell pepper, onion and tomato into not too large cubes / strips.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of yogurt on each of the baked wraps and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and garlic.
- Spread the minced meat on the wraps and then spread the vegetables on top. Spread another 3 tablespoons of yoghurt on each wrap and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and garlic again.
- Prepare a piece of aluminum foil that is slightly larger than the wraps. Carefully roll up the finished wraps, wrap them tightly in the aluminum foil and fold them over at the bottom.
