Whole Grain Wrap with Vegetable Filling

- 1 Can Corn
- 1 Orange peppers
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Mozzarella
- 4 Whole grain wrap
- 5 Stalk Basil
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
- Pour the peas and corn into a colander and drain.
- Cut the bell pepper and tomato into cubes. Cut the mozarella into cubes. Cut the basil into small pieces.
- For the dressing, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and salt.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let steep.
- Fry the wrap in a pan for 1 minute on both sides.
- Place the salad mixture in the middle of the wrap and close. Put another 1-2 tablespoons of lettuce with dressing on the wrap.
