Whole Grain Wrap with Vegetable Filling

The perfect whole grain wrap with vegetable filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

dressing

  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Orange peppers
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Mozzarella
  • 4 Whole grain wrap
  • 5 Stalk Basil
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
  1. Pour the peas and corn into a colander and drain.
  2. Cut the bell pepper and tomato into cubes. Cut the mozarella into cubes. Cut the basil into small pieces.
  3. For the dressing, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and salt.
  4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let steep.
  5. Fry the wrap in a pan for 1 minute on both sides.
  6. Place the salad mixture in the middle of the wrap and close. Put another 1-2 tablespoons of lettuce with dressing on the wrap.
