Couscous with Chicken and Apple

The perfect couscous with chicken and apple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Chicken cooked
  • 625 ml Chicken broth
  • 2 piece Apples
  • 60 g Butter
  • 75 g Sultanas
  • 60 g Roasted almond sticks
  • 0,5 tsp Ground and roasted coriander
  • 0,5 tsp Cinammon
  • 0,25 tsp Ground cloves
  • 400 g Couscous fine

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (gas level 6).
  1. Coarsely chop the chicken.
  1. Heat the chicken stock.
  1. Peel and core the apples, roughly cut the pulp as well.
  1. Divide the butter into small pieces.
