Couscous with Chicken and Apple
The perfect couscous with chicken and apple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Chicken cooked
- 625 ml Chicken broth
- 2 piece Apples
- 60 g Butter
- 75 g Sultanas
- 60 g Roasted almond sticks
- 0,5 tsp Ground and roasted coriander
- 0,5 tsp Cinammon
- 0,25 tsp Ground cloves
- 400 g Couscous fine
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (gas level 6).
- Coarsely chop the chicken.
- Heat the chicken stock.
- Peel and core the apples, roughly cut the pulp as well.
- Divide the butter into small pieces.
Preparation:
- 1. Mix all ingredients together and place in a roaster.
- 2. Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and put it in the oven.
- 3. Cook everything for about 25-30 minutes.
