Spoon Aperitif
The perfect spoon aperitif recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 role Puff pastry sticks
- Oil
Avocado filling
- 0,5 Fresh avocado
- Lemon juice
- Salt pepper
Salmon tartare
- 2 Discs Smoked salmon
- Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Horseradish cream cheese
- Lemon pepper
Prawns
- 50 g Prawns
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- Chopped dill
- Salt pepper
- Roll out the dough, place the back of a spoon on the dough and cut out all around. Grease the back of the spoon, place the dough on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool down.

- Puree the avocado meat with lemon juice, season to taste
salmon
- Cut the salmon into very fine cubes and mix with the remaining ingredients
Prawns
- Mix the shrimp with the ingredients, season to taste
- Place the puff pastry spoons on plates, fill each with a filling and serve.
Tip:
- The spoons can be prepared a day in advance, but should only be covered shortly before serving.
