Ingredients
 

  • 1 roll Puff pastry sticks
  • Oil

Avocado filling

  • 0,5 Fresh avocado
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt pepper

Salmon tartare

  • 2 slices Smoked salmon
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish cream cheese
  • Lemon pepper

Prawns

  • 50 g Prawns
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • Chopped dill
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Roll out the dough, place the back of a spoon on the dough and cut out all around. Grease the back of the spoon, place the dough on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool down.

  • Puree the avocado meat with lemon juice, season to taste

salmon

  • Cut the salmon into very fine cubes and mix with the remaining ingredients

Prawns

  • Mix the shrimp with the ingredients, season to taste
  • Place the puff pastry spoons on plates, fill each with a filling and serve.

Tip:

  • The spoons can be prepared a day in advance, but should only be covered shortly before serving.
