Spoon Aperitif

The perfect spoon aperitif recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Puff pastry sticks
  • Oil

Avocado filling

  • 0,5 Fresh avocado
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt pepper

Salmon tartare

  • 2 Discs Smoked salmon
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish cream cheese
  • Lemon pepper

Prawns

  • 50 g Prawns
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • Chopped dill
  • Salt pepper
  1. Roll out the dough, place the back of a spoon on the dough and cut out all around. Grease the back of the spoon, place the dough on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool down.

  1. Puree the avocado meat with lemon juice, season to taste

salmon

  1. Cut the salmon into very fine cubes and mix with the remaining ingredients

Prawns

  1. Mix the shrimp with the ingredients, season to taste
  1. Place the puff pastry spoons on plates, fill each with a filling and serve.

Tip:

  1. The spoons can be prepared a day in advance, but should only be covered shortly before serving.
