Peeled Ribs with Apple Sauce
The perfect peeled ribs with apple sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Rows Peel ribs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 375 ml Applesauce
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 C (gas mark 4).
- 2nd ribs Salt and pepper generously on both sides.
- Place the ribs upright in a roaster and pour 1-2 cups of water over them.
- Seal the roast with aluminum foil, bake everything for 2 – 2 1/2 hours.
- Carefully remove the roast from the oven and let it cool down for at least 2 hours. Better to let it cool down overnight.
- After cooling, cut the ribs into bite-sized pieces, preferably always along the bone so that they can be easily divided into portions of the same size.
- Light the charcoal grill or preheat the oven for grilling.
Preparation:
- 1. Brush the ribs with apple sauce and place on the grill. Or slide it onto a rack in the oven.
- 2. Turn several times while grilling and brush with applesauce again and again.
- 3. The ribs are ready when they are hot through and through and the meat feels very soft when pressed.
