Peeled Ribs with Apple Sauce

The perfect peeled ribs with apple sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Rows Peel ribs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 375 ml Applesauce

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C (gas mark 4).
  1. 2nd ribs Salt and pepper generously on both sides.
  1. Place the ribs upright in a roaster and pour 1-2 cups of water over them.
  1. Seal the roast with aluminum foil, bake everything for 2 – 2 1/2 hours.
  1. Carefully remove the roast from the oven and let it cool down for at least 2 hours. Better to let it cool down overnight.
  1. After cooling, cut the ribs into bite-sized pieces, preferably always along the bone so that they can be easily divided into portions of the same size.
  1. Light the charcoal grill or preheat the oven for grilling.

Preparation:

  1. 1. Brush the ribs with apple sauce and place on the grill. Or slide it onto a rack in the oven.
  1. 2. Turn several times while grilling and brush with applesauce again and again.
  1. 3. The ribs are ready when they are hot through and through and the meat feels very soft when pressed.
