  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 7 tbsp Flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Mineral water
  • 1 glass Morello cherries, 720 ml
  • 3 tbsp Sliced ​​almonds
  • Sugar for sprinkling
  1. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and let the cherries drain. First make the dough by stirring the eggs with the sugar with the mixer for about 5 minutes until foamy. Pour in the milk and keep stirring. Stir in the flour and mineral water, also a tablespoon at a time. Now pour the dough onto the baking sheet that was previously laid out. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (convection) for about 15 minutes. Roast the almonds in the pan. Remove the baking sheet. and roll up with the help of the parchment paper. Scatter the almonds and sugar over the hot pancake roll. Then cut into slices and serve with vanilla sauce or ice cream.
