Apple Pancakes Out of Oven
The perfect apple pancakes out of oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Wheat flour
- Pancake batter:
- 100 g Wholemeal spelled flour
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250 ml Milk 1.5%
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1 shot Mineral water
- ………………………………
- Covering:
- 4 medium sized Apples
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Bowl of water and splash of lemon juice
- Peel and quarter the apples and cut into thin slices or cubes. Then place the apple pieces in the lemon water so that they don’t turn brown.
- Then let the oven get hot to 240 ° C top / bottom heat with a tray.
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough.
- Now take the hot tray out of the oven and place clean baking paper on top. Spread the pancake batter evenly on top.
- Pour off the apple pieces and spread them on the pancake.
- Finally sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Place the tray with the apple pancake on the middle rail in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Bake until golden brown. If you like, you can add powdered sugar.
