Apple Pancakes Out of Oven

The perfect apple pancakes out of oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Wheat flour
  • Pancake batter:
  • 100 g Wholemeal spelled flour
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 ml Milk 1.5%
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 1 shot Mineral water
  • ………………………………
  • Covering:
  • 4 medium sized Apples
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Bowl of water and splash of lemon juice
  1. Peel and quarter the apples and cut into thin slices or cubes. Then place the apple pieces in the lemon water so that they don’t turn brown.
  2. Then let the oven get hot to 240 ° C top / bottom heat with a tray.
  3. Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough.
  4. Now take the hot tray out of the oven and place clean baking paper on top. Spread the pancake batter evenly on top.
  5. Pour off the apple pieces and spread them on the pancake.
  6. Finally sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on top.
  7. Place the tray with the apple pancake on the middle rail in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Bake until golden brown. If you like, you can add powdered sugar.
