Sausage Goulash – Hearty
The perfect sausage goulash – hearty recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Meat sausage simple / city sausage simple
- 200 g Fresh onions
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 bunch Chopped parsley until smooth
- Remove the skin from the meat sausage and cut into centimeter-sized cubes. Peel and finely dice the onions.
- Froth the butter over medium heat until it becomes still and add the onions. Brown the onions lightly.
- Add the sausage, ketchup and paprika, mix well and bring to the boil. Season the goulash and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- The dish can also be modified with diced peppers or diced green cucumber (then it is a little fruity).
- Either baguette or mashed potatoes are served with it (from my KB). One fried egg per person over the finished goulash and the monotony is done. Good Appetite!!!
