Colorful Salad with Fish

The perfect colorful salad with fish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Tilapia fillet
  • 150 g Salmon fillet
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 0,333333 piece Cucumber
  • 1 Handful Sprouts …. I still had left!
  • 1 Handful Lamb’S lettuce
  • 0,5 Lettuce
  • 0,5 Onion
  • 0,5 Aioli – homemade
  • 1 tbsp Chives rolls
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cress
  • 1 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 25 ml White balsamic vinegar
  • Salt pepper
  • 50 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Pr Sugar
  • ********
  • Oil for frying
  1. Clean the salad, wash it and pluck it into bite-sized pieces
  2. Wash the remaining vegetables, halve the tomatoes, quarter, core and cut the bell pepper into strips, slice the cucumber and cut the onion into strips.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish fillets in it.
  4. Mix the ingredients for the dressing and mix with the salad ingredients, arrange on plates. Add the fried fish and whoever has (and likes) aioli with it … we love it with the fish !!!
