Colorful Salad with Fish
The perfect colorful salad with fish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Tilapia fillet
- 150 g Salmon fillet
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Yellow peppers
- 0,333333 piece Cucumber
- 1 Handful Sprouts …. I still had left!
- 1 Handful Lamb’S lettuce
- 0,5 Lettuce
- 0,5 Onion
- 0,5 Aioli – homemade
- 1 tbsp Chives rolls
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Fresh cress
- 1 Garlic cloves chopped
- 25 ml White balsamic vinegar
- Salt pepper
- 50 ml Rapeseed oil
- 1 Pr Sugar
- ********
- Oil for frying
- Clean the salad, wash it and pluck it into bite-sized pieces
- Wash the remaining vegetables, halve the tomatoes, quarter, core and cut the bell pepper into strips, slice the cucumber and cut the onion into strips.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish fillets in it.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing and mix with the salad ingredients, arrange on plates. Add the fried fish and whoever has (and likes) aioli with it … we love it with the fish !!!
