Kiwi Confiture
The perfect kiwi confiture recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1,2 kg Kiwi fresh
- 2 Piece Lemons
- 1 kg Preserving sugar
- 1 few Drops of vanilla butter
- Peel the kiwi fruit and remove the hard middle part. Makes about 1kg of pulp. Finely puree this with the zest and juice of the lemons with the hand blender, add a few drops of vanilla butter and the preserving sugar and bring to the boil. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then put it in the glasses rinsed with hot water, put the lid on it and turn it over, let it cool down.
