Corn Curd Patties

  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Rest of the feta about 50g
  • 50 g Baking powder
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Finally, gradually add the flour until a doughy mixture is formed (I used about 1 cup). Season well.
  1. Heat plenty of oil in a pan and place 1 tablespoon full of the mixture in the hot oil.
  1. Fry until golden brown over medium-high heat.
  1. Place on kitchen paper to soak up excess oil.
  1. We also liked a yogurt-mint sauce and fresh salad.
