Corn Curd Patties
The perfect corn curd patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cup Remainder of the corn in mustard and coriander grains http://www./rezept/358576/Maiskoerner-in-Senf-und-Korianderkoernern.html
- 0,5 a cup Quark about 250g
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Rest of the feta about 50g
- 50 g Baking powder
- 1 Cup Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Finally, gradually add the flour until a doughy mixture is formed (I used about 1 cup). Season well.
- Heat plenty of oil in a pan and place 1 tablespoon full of the mixture in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown over medium-high heat.
- Place on kitchen paper to soak up excess oil.
- We also liked a yogurt-mint sauce and fresh salad.
