Goulash with Liver
The perfect goulash with liver recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Pork liver
- 50 g Diced Bacon
- 3 piece Onions
- 2 piece Apples
- 1 piece Meat broth (cubes)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Creme fraiche Cheese
- Sauce thickener dark
- Wash the liver and cut into cubes, fry gently with the cubed bacon
- Quarter and slice the onions, add to the liver and cook until translucent
- Peel the apples, cut the core into cubes and also add to the pan
- Dissolve the meat stock (cubes) in 400 ml of hot water and give it to the liver
- Thicken with a sauce thickener (not to give too much, thicken after all)
- Refine with crème fraîche
- Season to taste with pepper, paprika and salt
