Crepe: Crepe’s with Maple Syrup

  • 200 g Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 250 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Maple syrup
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. Mix the eggs with the flour, add the milk, the salt, then gradually add the butter and the water. Let the dough rest for 1/2 hour. .
  2. Fry the dough thinly in a little fat then sprinkle with sugar (who likes it without it) and pour the syrup over.
