Marion’s Yoghurt – Orange – Ice Cream with Maple Syrup
The perfect marion’s yoghurt – orange – ice cream with maple syrup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 200 g Cream
- 70 g Sugar
- 100 Milliliters Maple syrup
- 8 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
- Mix orange juice, yogurt, heavy cream, sugar and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Pour the cream into a suitable container and freeze uncovered for 1-2 hours until it solidifies at the edge. Put in a bowl and stir with a fork or stir in the food processor until smooth. Pour back into the freezer and another 2-3 Freeze for hours until the ice is solid. Close the container with a lid for further storage.
- If using an ice cream maker, pour the cream into the machine and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
