Mediterranean Spread
The perfect mediterranean spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Cream cheese
- 250 g Feta
- 3 piece Garlic cloves
- 2 piece Onions
- 2 piece Big tomatoes
- 2 piece Gherkins
- 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- Parsely
- Pepper
- Finely chop the onions and garlic.
- Skin, core and finely dice tomatoes.
- Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
- Finely dice the pickles.
- Put everything in a bowl, including the oil and mix well. Season with pepper. You don’t need salt because the feta already has enough salt. Finally, finely chop the parsley and mix in. Serve with fresh baguette.
