  • 2 Mozarella balls á 125 g
  • 2 tsp Pesto
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • Salt and pepper white
  • Dried thyme
  • 4 Discs Bresaola or other air-dried ham
  1. Drain the mozarella well and cut the ball crosswise. Brush the lower half with pesto. Clean and wash the peppers and peel them with a peeler. Then cut into small cubes. Spread this on the pesto.
  2. Season with salt, white pepper and the thyme. Now place the second half on top and cover with the bresaola. Preheat the tube to 200 ° C, place the mozzarella on ovenproof plates and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is very hot.
