- 2 Mozarella balls á 125 g
- 2 tsp Pesto
- 0,5 Red peppers
- Salt and pepper white
- Dried thyme
- 4 Discs Bresaola or other air-dried ham
- Drain the mozarella well and cut the ball crosswise. Brush the lower half with pesto. Clean and wash the peppers and peel them with a peeler. Then cut into small cubes. Spread this on the pesto.
- Season with salt, white pepper and the thyme. Now place the second half on top and cover with the bresaola. Preheat the tube to 200 ° C, place the mozzarella on ovenproof plates and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is very hot.
