Cherry Tiramisu in Glass

- 20 Baby bisquits
- 10 Glasses with 250 ml content
- 2 Glasses of sour cherries
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Shot of amaretto or 1 bottle of almond flavor
- 250 ml Whipped cream
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 3 Sachets Borbon vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
- Some cocoa powder
- Some coconut flakes
- 1.) Cut the baby biscuits into cubes. 2 pieces per glass … 2.) Drain the cherries, catching the juice. Pour half into a saucepan and heat. Mix the pudding powder with 3 tablespoons of sugar and a little cherry juice. Stir in the boiling juice. Add the cherries, stir. Add a shot of amaretto. Let cool down. 3.) Whip the cream, mix the quark with the mascarpone, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Stir in the cream. 4.) Spread the cherries on the biscuits, 2 tablespoons per glass, leave a little for decoration .. Sprinkle the coconut flakes over it … Only a little … 5.). Spread the quark cream on top, 2 tablespoons per glass. 6.) Decorate 3 cherries with a little sauce on top. Garnish with a little cocoa powder. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
