Colorful Crunchy Salad

The perfect colorful crunchy salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Lettuce
  • 250 g Date tomatoes
  • 250 g Mini sweet peppers
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Olive oil
  • 2 Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • Balsamic cream
  1. Arrange the washed lettuce leaves on a salad plate, top with the tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber slices and the onion rings.
  2. Put olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and water in a small screw-top jar, close and shake well, pour over the salad, pour the balsamic vinegar over it and serve.
