Spicy Garlic Spaghetti with Tuna
The perfect spicy garlic spaghetti with tuna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 piece Garlic clove peeled, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 piece Chopped peppers without seeds
- 1 Can Drained canned tuna
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped basil
- 6 drops Garlic-Chili-Oil see my KB, http://www./rezept/454711/Ein-wuerziges-OEl.html
- Cook the spaghetti in a little salted water until al dente and drain.
- Now the garlic and the peppers are lightly fried in the olive oil. But please not too hot so that it doesn’t get bitter.
- Now add the pasta and tuna. Let it fry for a few minutes over low heat, swirling everything together a few times.
- Now add the basil and a few drops of my very spicy (hot) spice oil (depending on your taste). Swirl everything through again and serve on preheated plates. If you like, you can rub cheese over it to taste.
- I didn’t use salt and pepper. The spaghetti was flavorful enough. In addition or as a starter (as everyone likes) there was a mixed salad.
