Spicy Garlic Spaghetti

The perfect spicy garlic spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 4 piece Peeled tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 0,5 piece Shallot freshly diced
  • 3 piece Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 piece Green chilli with seeds, finely chopped
  • 1 Can Drained canned tuna
  • 8 drops Garlic Chilli Oil see my KB amount to taste
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated ginger
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 something Fresh, finely chopped parsley quantity to taste
  • 1 something Chervil freshly cut amount to taste
  • 1 something Olive oil
  1. Boil the spaghetti in enough salted water until al dente and pour into a sieve.
  2. Sauté shallot, garlic and chilli in a wok in olive oil. Add the spaghetti and tuna and toss everything together a few times.
  3. Now fold in the tomatoes and season to taste with the spices and garlic oil. Woke for a few minutes on low heat.
  4. Finally, the chervil is sprinkled and mixed.
  5. While serving, I grated fresh pecorino cheese and put chopped parsley on the dining table. Everyone could take it to their liking.
