Spicy Garlic Spaghetti
The perfect spicy garlic spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 4 piece Peeled tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 0,5 piece Shallot freshly diced
- 3 piece Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 piece Green chilli with seeds, finely chopped
- 1 Can Drained canned tuna
- 8 drops Garlic Chilli Oil see my KB amount to taste
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
- 1 pinch Freshly grated ginger
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 something Fresh, finely chopped parsley quantity to taste
- 1 something Chervil freshly cut amount to taste
- 1 something Olive oil
- Boil the spaghetti in enough salted water until al dente and pour into a sieve.
- Sauté shallot, garlic and chilli in a wok in olive oil. Add the spaghetti and tuna and toss everything together a few times.
- Now fold in the tomatoes and season to taste with the spices and garlic oil. Woke for a few minutes on low heat.
- Finally, the chervil is sprinkled and mixed.
- While serving, I grated fresh pecorino cheese and put chopped parsley on the dining table. Everyone could take it to their liking.
