Bean Stew (Barbunya Turkish)
The perfect bean stew (barbunya turkish) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 kilo White beans from the Turkish Barbunya
- 1 size Onion
- 1 Caliston beaver
- 1 Carrot
- 4 piece No need for dry tomatoes
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Paprika pulp
- Salt pepper
- Fry oil in a pan, finely chopped onions, carliston, carrots, then sauté the tomatoes / paprika pulp with a little water … add the beans and fill up with water …. bring to the boil until the beans are done …. every now and then add water until it is a stew, season with salt and pepper depending on your taste ….. side dish, can be served with rice;)))
