  • 0,5 kilo White beans from the Turkish Barbunya
  • 1 size Onion
  • 1 Caliston beaver
  • 1 Carrot
  • 4 piece No need for dry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika pulp
  • Salt pepper
  1. Fry oil in a pan, finely chopped onions, carliston, carrots, then sauté the tomatoes / paprika pulp with a little water … add the beans and fill up with water …. bring to the boil until the beans are done …. every now and then add water until it is a stew, season with salt and pepper depending on your taste ….. side dish, can be served with rice;)))
