Jägerschnitzel with Cheese Coating

- 300 g Jagdwurst
- 1 bag Cheese rings
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 1 Egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Cut the hunting sausage into thick slices, smash the egg in a deep plate with saz and pepper, finely crumble the cheese rings in a food processor and mix with the Parmesan cheese in a deep plate.
- Turn the Jagdwurst slices first in the egg, then in the cheese coating and fry in the oil until brown.
