Jägerschnitzel with Cheese Coating

The perfect jägerschnitzel with cheese coating recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Jagdwurst
  • 1 bag Cheese rings
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  1. Cut the hunting sausage into thick slices, smash the egg in a deep plate with saz and pepper, finely crumble the cheese rings in a food processor and mix with the Parmesan cheese in a deep plate.
  2. Turn the Jagdwurst slices first in the egg, then in the cheese coating and fry in the oil until brown.
  3. There was also butter vegetables and mashed potatoes (see my Kb)
