- 4 piece Chicken breast fillet
- 9 tbsp Grated Gouda
- 2 tbsp Hot mustard
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- 6 Splash Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Beat the milk and mustard in a bowl, then mix the flour, chives and cheese in a second bowl.
- Turn the chicken breast fillets in the mustard milk and then turn them in the cheese mixture, press the breading on well.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cover with the remaining breading. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Serve with Worchester sauce. A crunchy salad goes well with it.
