Stuffed Mushrooms À La Papa

The perfect stuffed mushrooms à la papa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Large mushrooms (approx. 500 g)
  • 150 g Mett (half and half)
  • 1 Piece of ginger (approx. 20 g)
  • 1 Onion (approx. 50 g)
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 30 g Gratin cheese (here: Gouda + Tilsiter)
  • 6 Flakes of butter
  • Basil
  • Sweet chili sauce
  1. Clean / brush the mushrooms (attention: do not wash!), Break out the stems and dice finely. Peel and finely dice the onion, garlic and ginger. Put the ground meat, diced ginger, diced onion, diced garlic, crème fraîche (1 tbsp), sweet chilli sauce (1 tbsp), salt (½ teaspoon) and pepper (½ teaspoon) in a bowl and mix together. Place the mushrooms in an ovenproof dish, fill with the mince mixture, sprinkle with gratin cheese and top with flakes of butter. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. Serve garnished with basil and sweet chili sauce.
