Ingredients
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250 g Powdered sugar
- 0,5 bottle Orange flavor
- 6 tbsp Elderberry juice
- 350 g Coconut flakes
- 1 Parchment paper

Instructions
- Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, add powdered sugar & flavoring.
- Fold in coconut flakes & elderberry juice.
- Place 2 teaspoons in small heaps on baking paper or wafers. Now bake at 150 ° C for about 30 minutes. Tip: so that they don't get too dark on top, I put parchment paper on after 20 minutes.
- So that the mountains have a nice summit, I push something down here or there.
- If you are wondering why elderberry juice, I advise you to give it a try, the mountains look so much more natural and are always better than chemistry.
