Winter Apple Slices

- 3 Eggs
- 120 g Sugar
- 60 ml Oil
- 60 ml Water
- 150 g Flour
- 0,25 pack Baking powder
- Covering:
- 500 ml Winter apple drink with winter spices
- 60 g Sugar
- 2 Packs Custard powder
- 3 Apples
- 250 ml Whipped cream
- Separate eggs. Mix egg yolks with sugar until creamy. Stir in oil and water. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in. Beat egg whites to stiff snow and fold in. Spread on a greased, floured sheet and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. For the topping, cook a pudding from the juice, sugar and pudding powder according to the instructions. Peel the apples, grate them roughly and stir into the hot pudding. Spread on the cooled base and let it cool down. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and spread it on the pudding. Dust with cinnamon.
