Nepalese Spice Milk Tea

  • 125 ml Water
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 0,5 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 bag Ceylon Assam tea
  • 1 El Brown sugar
  1. Bring the water and milk to the boil. Add the spices and simmer for 4 minutes. Add tea bags and simmer for another 5 minutes. Strain the spiced tea into a glass and sweeten with brown sugar.
