Baked Meatballs with Mozzarella
The perfect baked meatballs with mozzarella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 small Onion
- 1 Bun old
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- Salt pepper
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 1 Beefsteak tomato
- 2 tbsp Green pesto
- 600 g Potatoes
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Make meatballs from minced meat, onion, bread soaked in water and tomato paste, salt and pepper
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200 C for 30 minutes
- Then top the meatballs with 1 slice of tomato and mozzarella each and bake for 5 minutes
- Finally, add a little pesto
- We had garlic potatoes with us:
- Peel and halve the small potatoes, cook until done
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the garlic and potatoes and season with salt
