Polenta Slices with Garlic

  • 200 g Polenta
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 3 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 50 g Butter
  1. Prepare polenta according to the basic recipe.
  2. Finely chop the garlic cloves.
  3. Melt the butter in another pan and add the garlic.
  4. Put the finished polenta in the butter and garlic pan and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture onto a board or baking tray that has been rinsed with cold water.
