  • 200 g Polenta
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 50 g Butter

Instructions
 

  • Prepare polenta according to the basic recipe.
  • Finely chop the garlic cloves.
  • Melt the butter in another pan and add the garlic.
  • Put the finished polenta in the butter and garlic pan and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture onto a board or baking tray that has been rinsed with cold water.
  • Smooth out the mass. A layer about 1cm thick should be created. Place in the fridge to cool. (During this time, e.g. a sliced ​​meat can be cooked or a salad can be made)
  • Once the polenta has cooled down, cut it into approx. 5x5 cm squares.
  • Turn the slices in portions in the well-beaten eggs and fry them in butter until light brown. The cuts can be kept warm in the oven.
