Maccaronia Casserole Bolo Style

- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Garlic cloves pressed
- Plant cream
- 500 g Tomatoes happened
- 1 tsp Harissa paste

- 1 tsp Chopped basil
- Salt pepper
- 300 g Macaroni
- 30 gr Butter
- 30 gr Flour
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 ml Milk
- 100 g Processed cheese
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 1 Mozzarella
- Cook the maccaroni in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and place in an ovenproof baking dish. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
- Heat the vegetable cream in a large saucepan and fry the onions, garlic and minced meat in it until crumbly. Add the spices and tomatoes and let everything simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan, stir in the flour and gradually pour in the milk and vegetable stock. Simmer for approx. 5 minutes while stirring. Add the cheese and let it melt in the sauce.
- Pour the minced meat sauce over the macaroni and mix well, sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour the cheese sauce on top and place the finely plucked mozzarella on top. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
