Apple Yogurt Cake with Coconut
The perfect apple yogurt cake with coconut recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Flour
- 60 g Sugar
- 50 g Margarine
- 100 g Natural yoghurt
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Pr Salt
- 180 g Apples
- 1 tbsp Coconut flakes
- Mix the margarine with salt and sugar until frothy
- Add the egg and stir
- Mix the flour and baking powder into a springform pan with a diameter of 20 cm. Core the apples and cut into thin wedges
- Spread the natural yoghurt on the dough and press in the apple wedges like a fan. Finally, sprinkle the coconut flakes on top
- Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat on the 2nd rack from the bottom for about 40 minutes
