Baked Apple with Ham and Cheese Filling

The perfect baked apple with ham and cheese filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Apple boskop
  • 50 g Gorgonzola
  • 50 g Diced ham
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • Some lemon juice, salt, pepper
  1. Wash apples and cut off the top half.
  2. Hollow out apples, leaving a 1/2 cm wide edge.
  3. Cut the pulp into cubes, drizzle with lemon juice, mix with the cheese, ham and cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the filled apples in a greased baking dish and place the top piece (lid of the apple) on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 25 minutes.
