Baked Apple with Ham and Cheese Filling
The perfect baked apple with ham and cheese filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Apple boskop
- 50 g Gorgonzola
- 50 g Diced ham
- 100 g Cream cheese
- Some lemon juice, salt, pepper
- Wash apples and cut off the top half.
- Hollow out apples, leaving a 1/2 cm wide edge.
- Cut the pulp into cubes, drizzle with lemon juice, mix with the cheese, ham and cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.
- Put the filled apples in a greased baking dish and place the top piece (lid of the apple) on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 25 minutes.
