Quark Yogurt, Espresso Dessert

The perfect quark yogurt, espresso dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Bananas
  • 350 g Quark
  • 100 g Natural yoghurt
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 Sachets Espresso
  • Sugar to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Walnuts
  1. Mash the bananas and stir together with the quark, yoghurt and milk until smooth.
  2. Add the sugar to your taste, add the espresso powder and stir everything well.
  3. Finally add the cranberries and chopped walnuts and a quick dessert is ready.
  4. If you want to serve, you can pour some egg liqueur over it.; 🙂
