Quark Yogurt, Espresso Dessert
The perfect quark yogurt, espresso dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Bananas
- 350 g Quark
- 100 g Natural yoghurt
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 Sachets Espresso
- Sugar to taste
- 2 tablespoon Cranberries
- 2 tablespoon Walnuts
- Mash the bananas and stir together with the quark, yoghurt and milk until smooth.
- Add the sugar to your taste, add the espresso powder and stir everything well.
- Finally add the cranberries and chopped walnuts and a quick dessert is ready.
- If you want to serve, you can pour some egg liqueur over it.; 🙂
