Tagliatelle with Ham and Cream Sauce

The perfect tagliatelle with ham and cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • 400 ml Cream
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 2 piece Onions
  • 300 g Cooked ham
  • 150 g Bacon
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder, beef bouillon as desired
  1. Cut the ham, bacon and onions into cubes and fry them with a little oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder (more of it).
  1. Deglaze with milk and cream and add a little beef stock and reduce a little. Season if necessary.
  1. Prepare and drain the ribbon noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Put the pasta on a plate and add the sauce.
